      Structured company and processes are working good

      Cons

      No visions for the future challenges in the financial industry. No willingness to stick to new technologies. Everything goes on really slow

      Really liked the people I worked with and the culture in the office

      Cons

      Teams were pressured to move more and more work to BDO Rise, which left our staff struggling to get hours and some were assigned to other teams outside of our office. Hard to motivate staff and train staff when they felt like they were replaceable and had no ownership over their work/teams
