      Pros

      Excelent benefits, 401k, health insurance, performance bonuses (cash and others), great parties each year. You get exposure in so many different businesses where you can specialize.

      Cons

      Long working hours (something really normal in Puerto Rico), be ready to work at least 10 to 12 hours on a daily basis and 16 on peak times. You are required to charge at least 8 hours daily to clients (could be combined between clients) but you don't always have billable time.

      Pros

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
