      Pros

      They hire fresh grads and overwork these poor staff until they don’t want to be in the audit field anymore. Great view of MBS

      Cons

      1. 2 years bond and you have to repay 6 months salary if you break the bond - no basis 2. Low salary with no CPF compared to other mid tier firms 3. As assistant manager, be prepared to handle over 20 portfolios while receiving senior pay in big 4 Overall, not a good company to work for.

      There actually are great people, but you play manager roulette.

      Cons

      BDO is notorious for promoting people who just never leave. The middle of the road, not great, not awful, people get promoted over and over again. There have been changes every 3 seconds since the ESOP. Terrible communication around change (non-existent). My manager's favorite term was "We are building the plane as we fly it". After 4 years, I was hoping to have more plane built. It was never built.
