Poor working environment - Assistant Manager BDO Employee Review

Poor work allocation with superior judging you on the mistakes you done. Gossips around the department is a norm. The mentality of superiors need to be changed. WFH does not mean we are not working and no deadline to meet. The problems do not stop at audit department itself, be careful of the HR (people and culture department). I still do not have an idea why the department is named this way. Culture? Culture of looking down on staff? Gossip culture? Ignoring emails from employees? Staff welfare is not taken care of and instead sending unprofessional emails before clarify any incident. Poor compensation and benefits as compared to other firm.
