No sick days. 5. No room to grow. Growth is stagnant as there is no focus on it at all. 6. Lack of regular feedbacks. No way to improve if no feedbacks are given. 7. Merger with new regional company has added pressure on existing employees. 8. No focus on well-being or mental health. Management does not care if you worked overtime on deadline weeks. No extra time off to comp for overworked weeks before deadline. 9. No courtesy lunch or dinners provided during busy season. 10. Lack of team development. 11. Blame culture. 13. No 401k match for first year. 14. No profit sharing or bonus. 15. No transparency on pay scale or bonus if offered.
