Misleading Recruitment; toxic/blame culture - Senior Manager BDO Employee Review

Recruiters and Partners lied about training opportunities, wages, and development during interview phase. "Throw under the bus" culture, with no accountability for Directors or Partners. Hostile work environment condoned by HR. HR ignored harassment complaints from several team members regarding a Director, and even helped cover up for it. Accessed my 401(k) over a month after separation. Public accounting is hard, but you can do better than BDO. Know your worth and go somewhere that is willing to train and has integrity as a core value.
