Like any large company doing hard things becomes easy and doing easy things can become ridiculously hard. It can be frustrating due to the amount of processes, bureacracy and inertia that exists. It can be hard to really move things and you spend time doing useless projects pushed down from above or, like much of the automobile sector - managing suppliers instead of doing it yourself.
