Pros

Decent laptop to work with

Cons

The overall work culture across departments is deeply disappointing and reflects systemic issues rather than isolated concerns. There is a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and mutual respect within teams and management. One of the most noticeable problems is the absence of respect for employees’ time. Despite a hybrid setup, employees who consistently arrive on time are often questioned for leaving on time—particularly by colleagues who themselves come in much later. This creates an unfair and demotivating environment where discipline is neither recognized nor valued. Favoritism and internal politics are significant concerns. Instances of nepotism are visible, with close relations (such as family members) working together, which raises questions about fairness and merit-based opportunities. Decision-making often appears biased, and employees may feel sidelined if they are not aligned with certain groups or individuals. The workplace culture encourages conformity over constructive dialogue. If you do not simply agree with seniors or managers, it is often perceived negatively, as though you have made a serious mistake. There is little room for healthy disagreement or independent thinking. At the same time, there is virtually no appreciation or recognition for good work, while negative scrutiny is common. Work allocation is poorly managed. Employees who complete their tasks efficiently are often burdened with additional responsibilities, including weekend work, to compensate for others who have not met deadlines. This creates imbalance and burnout rather than promoting accountability across the team. Another concerning aspect is how employees are treated during and after their tenure. Those who choose to resign may be sidelined or made to feel guilty for their decision. Additionally, there have been instances where individuals are approached to rejoin the organization purely due to manpower shortages, giving the impression that employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than valued contributors. Finally, the overall brand experience does not significantly enhance professional credibility or career growth, particularly for those aiming to build a strong profile in the IT sector. Overall, this is not a recommended workplace for individuals seeking a fair, respectful, and growth-oriented environment.

Pros

The only good thing about this place were the Nespresso machines.

Cons

I rarely leave reviews, but future job seekers deserve fair warning. From day one, it was clear that micromanagement was a core operating principle here; not a quirk, but a feature. Managers routinely hovered over routine tasks, demanded pointless status updates multiple times a day, constantly changed directives, took credit for my work, and treated experienced professionals like they couldn't be trusted to send an email unsupervised. Any sense of autonomy was purely cosmetic. The culture was equally poisonous. Gossip wasn't background noise; it was practically a department function. Colleagues regularly spoke poorly of one another behind closed doors, cliques formed and hardened fast, and if you weren't part of the right group, you felt it. Unkind doesn't begin to cover it. Basic professionalism and common decency were in short supply. Management set the tone for all of it. Leaders who should have modeled integrity instead participated in the drama, played favorites openly, and addressed conflict with either complete avoidance or outright retaliation. HR was not a resource — it was a shield for bad behavior at the top. I left for my own sanity. The turnover rate here should tell you everything. Life is too short and your career too important to spend either in an environment like this one.
