Pros
There's a good work ethic, without everything being rushed. It's very relaxed and flexible. Contractors are treated just like permanent members, and mixed teams work well together.
Cons
Long time to get anything done, from requesting a new headset to getting a release approved. Lack of documentation for anything, even HR.
