Pros

Peers, catered lunches on occasions

Cons

Management, HR, constant turnover with regular firings of good people. “Walk on eggshells” environment. Little to no training or direction for new hires which HR is aware of. Akin to Blackberry reputation in how they treat employees. DFW has too much opportunity to waste in a repressive, passive aggressive environment. Pay is well below industry average for all departments. I was given a measly 2.5% raise after a stellar review and working weekends regularly. If you like corporate politics, red tape and strive to fit in to a closed boys club, BRP is for you.

Thank you for sharing your experience at BRP. New organizations take time to find their feet, and our Plano office, opened in July 2018, is no exception. We're very sorry your time with us was less than excellent, and that you felt unappreciated. We value highly the passionate commitment of all our employees, and strongly believe we draw our strength from it. We have taken steps to help our Plano colleagues better manage change of all kinds.
