      Pros

      Family leave (maternity/paternity) is good offering 4 months to mothers and 1 month to fathers. Worklife balance is decent.

      Cons

      Relocating thousands of people to Whippany, NJ because upper management couldn’t fulfill this request at their prior bank. Would have employees travel for 3 hours just to keep their jobs.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
