      They hire the smartest people in the region. Lots of people to learn from Pay is very good Work/life balance (i go home around 18:00 everyday) Projects are interesting

      If you expect to do just an average job and get rewarded you'll get fed up Some managers in the US have a bit of a attitude Some red tape that you get in all big companies

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
