Peers are amazing so friendly .
Cons
Managment cause stress and presure , bully their staff . Managment not interested in getting colleagues engaged . Too much presure and targets in a role that is supposed to be autonomous and provide risk protection to the bank . Errors made because the culture is all numbers . No interest in staff well being , or happiness .
