      Pros

      Overall, a good place to work. They hire some of the brightest people on the street and everyone is striving to get Barcap to be #1 on the street

      Cons

      Work life balance is limited. Lots of politics Leadership power base is in London, so at times can be difficult to opperate and make decisions in NYC.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
