Pros
Overall, the people were great - very willing to help you learn and willing to give real responsibilities to interns. I liked that the program was rotational so interns maximize their exposure to the bank.
Cons
There are a few bad apples there and with that said, politics reigns. My advice: figure out who holds the power and be prepared to kiss ass. Also, HR is important - they have the final say in who gets summer offers so beware. BarCap says they are a meritocracy, but this is definitely not the case.
