      Pros

      More openness/flexibility on working from home on an individual basis than other companies. Have started to do better on internal training for employees.

      Cons

      Paying below top banks market rate. A lot of layers and managers and not a transparent review process. Very slow to integrate new technologies. Frequent layoffs.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
