*Good pay master but you have to negotiate.
Cons
* Senior management is always lost, keeps experimenting for bad to worse, one day their strategy is something else and every other day they * Too many managers for you - One/two in UK, one in India, one may be in US and there is absolutely no coordination between them. Every manager will assign you tasks with toughest deadline possible and if timeline missed even by a day it will be escalated to higher managements. * Senseless managers sitting in between only to disrupt you, had they not been there I guess everyone would become more productive. * No one cares about no one here, very unfriendly people. * Too much power given to manager and no one would ask you for their feedback. * Transport department could not be worse, make you wait and wait for drops , cabs provided like tata winger etc, changes the drop location without even informing you * Food is free but it tastes like feet.
