Salaries tend to be competitive amongst other wall street firms. The name on your resume couldnt hurt either. People know what they are doing, but seldom help others.
Cons
Say they encourage internal mobility- but really dont. Enforce a culture of fear and know that they can always hire someone else to fill your position if need be.
