Pros
They are doing a fairly good job of integrating Lehman into their culture. The transition has been long and ardous, but they are ultimately making strides to becoming one of the best banks on the street.
Cons
Little recognition for middle management. Not as agile as Lehman, and people don't seem to have the same desire to effect change.
