Pros
Company has world class level campus. It provides Laptops to all employees, makes WFH experience very easy. Term life insurance is best in class, 5*CTC work life balance is good, but it depends entirely on project and manager.
Cons
No value of empoyee once he leaves company, in my experience they have not collected company laptop even after 30 days of my LWD. seems they do not care about Laptop, Its company data and most important former employee. Teams has lot of politics if you are close to your Sr manager then its a good org and may give you lot of opportunities. diff to work with old ppl from team and Manager always has bias for them. overall my experience is not so good when i was in company and after I left as well.
