Work with smart people, sometimes interesting projects, good learning opportunities. Work life balance is good, flexible work from home facility.
Cons
Efficiency suffers under bureaucratic procedures. In the area I worked on there is significant downsize in London, in favour of lower cost regions, which in turn damages the morale in London.
