- Good, smart people to work with - Company is moving in a slightly more positive direction with the removal of CEO - Good starting salary
Cons
- No career progression anymore, used to be a meritocracy but the promotion process was changed last year so that you can no longer get promoted without leaving your team - Salaries do not keep up with market rates - Very poor morale and talent retention
