Pros
Pretty offices, mcbook, hi-tech 3d printer, playstation zone, unlimited sickdays, home-office, fully paid sick leave, pilates class once a week.
Cons
No teamwork, if you get stuck youre on your own. They dont have enough senior developers so they employ even those who are toxic & rude to junior/mid devs. The office culture our team leader was pushing was that you leave work when the job is done, even if its 9pm, one time i left at 8pm and received a call to get back, also dont expect your overtime to be paid or acknowledged, i regret all those extra weekends i put in. Overall its a nice looking place with great benefits, but the work-life balance is pretty bad.
