Pros

Working from home, nice colleagues

Cons

Overtime paid peanuts, you only get paid if you work more than 30 min in blocks of 15 min. So many days you work for free. You are expected to be ready, so 15-10 min from your own time and don’t expect to be paid for that. Even though at the interview I was assured that the working hours were 9-5 as advertised (this was only for the training). The job was advertised as remote, very flexible to find out after 6 months that I’m expected in an office from September even though the office is nearly 2 hours away from my house to do the same job I’m doing from home. You are just a number and the managers are not helping much. The training is minimal and barely covers what you are actually expected to know in your job. When faced with the “return to the office” offer I was given 2 options, give your notice or go to the office.
