Some interesting technology. Some opportunities for working remotely (from home). Private heath. Good team.
Cons
Like many big institutions, how you play the game with appraisals and such seems to be more important than how you do your day job. Low chance of promotion if not interested in leveraging the appraisal process. Senior management making poor decisions.
