Pros

* Good company for freshers to gain industry exposure. * Opportunity to learn many new skills and technologies. * Helps improve customer handling and communication skills. * Supportive environment for developing professional experience. * Good place to build confidence and teamwork abilities.

Cons

* Micromanagement is at its worst level, making the work environment very stressful. * Work-life balance is poor, and employees are often required to extend shifts beyond working hours. * Daily sync-up meetings are usually scheduled at the end of shifts, making overtime unavoidable. * Case analysis discussions after shift hours further increase working time to 12+ hours on many days. * Workload, case flow, and product assignments are extremely high for employees. * Management lacks proper employee consideration and often ignores employees’ personal time and well-being. * Some managers are supportive, but overall management experience is disappointing. * Technical guidance and training provided by management are insufficient. * The work culture creates stress and pressure, leading to employee burnout and resignations. * Not recommended for experienced professionals looking for a healthy work environment.

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
