Pros
The people working there are amazing lots of high energy and all around great people. I suppose the beer and liquor during work hours is pro, right ?
Cons
The company was once innovative and an amazing place to be... then the whole IPO happened where only the founders stood to benefit. The board and specifically the CMO are the one who really control things which sucks when you're not an exec and left to wonder what other company you will be ripping off to sell to upset to customers.
