Knowingly underpay...Dated Offices...Conflict amongst offices..Zero career development - Anonymous employee Barracuda Networks Employee Review

- You can earn way much more working for a competitor, for the same role. They already know this and try to sell you a dream, to convince you to stay. - For someone as "big" as Barracuda, you expect amazing working conditions but it's far from the truth. Dated depressing buildings in most locations. - A lot of conflict and tension between different office locations around the world, no cohesion at all. - Zero career development or structure and lack of training opportunities. - People made redundant unfairly, huge figures/influencers have left and now the company bought out by Private Equity firm. Only time will tell if that was a good move or not.
