Pros
When I worked there (although I hear it's changed now to a degree), the atmosphere was incredibly laid back. There was very little, if any, pressure to work overtime, which is rare for a IT position. It was easy, if not encouraged to talk to senior management when it was warranted, and there was a strong spirit of camaraderie among employees.
Cons
Senior management was often inconsistent about goals, and the budget was never there for me to be able to do my job right. Senior level positions salary capped out noticeably lower than what I'm making now as a mid-level engineer. Beyond that, there was a not insignificant amount of favoritism in play. In a number of situations my manager was overruled by a subordinate simply because management preferred the subordinate. The frustration of having the best solution consistently overruled by incredibly conspicuous political decisions was what eventually led me to leave.
