Pros
The culture is great, doesn't feel like coming to work. This is good entry level job, they hire people with little to know experience unlike most other companies and really just let you learn and grow into whatever you want if you work hard enough. I was offered a great job after my time here that I would never been able to get without the experience that Barracuda gave me.
Cons
The workload can be heavy but I actually prefer that so the days feel shorter. Sometimes it felt like they micromanaged even when I was hitting my quota out of the park which eventually deterred me from wanting to stay there. The pay is definitely lower than other Renewals Specialist positions in the Bay Area but I guess that comes with the lack of experience that they hire. Lastly, they don't allow you to work from home as a Renewals Specialist.
