Pros
A highly regarded brand with great market-leading technology. Barracuda is a great stepping stone which can lead to professional growth opportunities. Challenging/rewarding work environment. Working on the cutting edge of technology in the security appliance market. Management is very approachable and you have direct supervisors. Great people!!! Very friendly co-workers great overall atmosphere within the company.
Cons
While my pay is at the low end of the spectrum I don't really have any experience to rely on. Benefits package could be better. In needs of restructuring due to growth of company.
