Cons
Unlike most companies I don't think Barracuda Networks has "Cons". However they have some tough decisions to make and the outcome of those decisions could become either cons or pros. I would suggest Improving parking, retaining existing employees and manage grow without compromising what cause Barracuda Networks to succeed in the first place.
