Pros

Hybrid remote. Wonderful colleagues. Good work-home balance. Loved my clients, especially the regulars. Company paid education options. Nice office. Decent benefits.

Cons

Management lacks empathy. Moved away from technically educated management to call center management. Metrics over-pushed. Micromanagement has become rampant with new metrics. Knowledgeable and skilled techs walked away with no counter offer, in favor of cheaper employees. Poor quality training. Insider trading. Recent major security breaches.

Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
