*Pay increases to accommodate the cost of living *Need more competitive benefits *Holiday shut-down. Some employees are forced to take/borrow PTO over the holidays

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
