      Great culture, motivational to grow within the company, value initiative, show appreciation by leadership

      Cons

      not always appreciating legal rules and indexation vs salary increase by performance. Which is hard to explain when they say "you don't have a right to pay raise" when indexation by the governament has been doen in the same year.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

      Cons

      Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
