Pros

Hybrid working environment Free month-end lunch and drinks A stepping stone for you to enter cybersecurity sector

Cons

Global business is very poor. Keep declining. Slow product development. Unstable product performance; products are backward compared to competitors. Partners are moving away. Global management team just uses a slogan - Easy to buy, easy to deploy and easy to use as the corporate direction. Interesting. No career growth here. You can get promoted by office politics. Compensation and benefits are lower than the competitors C-levels is new (all except CEO were 'resigned' in 1 single year) In Sep 2024 they had a big global RIF, mainly booting Director levels or above employees. Local management team is just a joke. No business strategy. Purely press the employees to make 'Cuda Connect' (make phone calls) for deals. No partner strategies or Executive relationship to grow the business. Toxic office culture. Local management team encourages the conflicts between new sales and renewal teams. The local management lacks any industry insights or product knowledge. What they can do is look at the dashboards to see numbers coming in. HR team turns a blind eye on it no matter how much feedback the employees have expressed and how high turnover rate it is

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
