Pros
Pretty cool to work here if you don't have big expectations.
Cons
You will get a promotion only if they have a project where they need a more advanced employee (e.g client asked for a consultant so you promote an analyst to a consultant if you can) , the yearly review it's not a true reason for the salary increase or the bonus, what matter is if you have projects (so charged hours), otherwise they will give you some other reasons to not increase your salary. Management is only based on who talks more in meetings, that's the person who will be more like a cop in the team. Everybody complains about how much work we have, but we all have the same work to do sometimes, and someone finish it 2-3 days after everybody did, and then they complain that they had the heavy part of the job. Also, if bearingpoint get a client who needs some consultants to help him with some software (for example Coupa) and bearingpoint has no consultants on that side, it will force you to do a certification extremely fast just to get that client, even if the team has ZERO experiente on that platform. And on the other side, you cannot get any other certifications but the ones that they consider usefull. Please note this review is from my experience and yours may differ.
