Pros
The job itself is actually great, the facility is large and clean, and the donors are usually pretty easy to work with. Shelly, Dondesha, Quionna, Ashley, and Eric are great managers to work with who genuinely seem to care and make an effort with training and fostering a good work environment.
Cons
Unfortunately sections of management are bullies and seem to genuinely dislike training people. Questions are met with annoyance and you constantly hear other management and coworkers gossiping about one another and when they are direct with you it's rude, impatient, and disrespectful. When you try to address something like this you are met with backlash and if you complain to other management, things will change for a while and then just revert back to the old behavior. Good people are driven away from this company because of this. I just want to show up and do my job but several people make shifts much harder and more stressful than they need to be. If you want to work here, keep your head low and seek out the kind people otherwise it will be a bad experience.
