      Pros

      The internal focus on growth of enterprise is exciting and provides opportunity to stand out. The internal culture is unique, not to everyone's taste. But a very collaborative friendly environment where people take time to help eachother which I appreciate and encourage.

      Cons

      Pay can be good but growth can be slow without any changes in compensation policy internally.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
