      Good young people fresh out of college who are excited and full of energy

      Cons

      Complete joke of a job… hiring super intelligent people to do the dumbest stuff and pretend they’re actually making a difference or change. You write research that NOBODY reads. Managers have given up on their career dreams and goals to work here. Zero career opportunities or growth. And salaries are hilarious. Since leaving, I’ve tripled my salary in the same role.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
