Management can micro-manage to the point of absurdity. - Exceptionally numbers-driven. - Not the place for a self-motivated, experienced hire who wishes to think for him/herself, occasionally make his/her own decisions, conduct his/her day in a way he/she feels fit. - Unfriendly sales floor - everyone is focussed on watching his/her own back.
