      They pay a lot, for a news organization.

      Cons

      Bloomberg doesn't know how to write good stories, because they're constrained by a ridiculous style guide and frightened of offending the top editors, many of whom are incompetent megalomaniacs.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
