- Great Work Life Balance - No politics - Collaborative culture - Great Stability - Pay is better than banks and many tech firms
Cons
- Pay for Senior Engineers could be less than new hires - Lack of levels in Engineering - Lack of transparency in ratings - No Engineering IC track to follow - to move up you have to become a TL (People Manager) - Lack of PIP results in many coasters who do the bare minimum - Beyond 5-7 years of experience, you can probably make more money at FAANG (with potentially less stability/WLB )
