Pros
The people and benefits are great. You have the option to constantly learn and meet clients across virtually all parts finance. The pay is competitive although it does seem to plateau after around 10 years
Cons
Management is completely out of touch with the times. Coummincation around or return to office has been a complete nightmare . Management is still releuctant to formerly give any long term flexibility and if they down I expect it will always be looked down on, so long as Mike is at the compan
