      Great company. Products are interesting to work on.

      Cons

      Pay is below market and growth is slow, in job title and more importantly pay. Almost mafia like with loyalty to the company. If you quit, you are unlikely welcome back for another role.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
