Other employees that have worked there for a long time do not welcome newcomers, almost as if it's high school. Newcomers do not feel like they fit it and it doesn't get better. No proper training. You're expected to know everything about the job 3 shifts in. Management is not solid, most have a favourite and don't discipline if they have done or said something inappropriate to a newcomer. The hours are either long not existing. Appreciation is not a thing that is given by managers. Overall I would not recommend this place for people looking for a job.
