Pros
Overtime because management cannot retain people.
Cons
Poor management, nepotism, outdated machines/fork trucks. Not enough personnel to run most lines but they have you run anyway and expect more productivity. Zero training and they expect you to know everything. Important information for operation is withheld by senior members to make themselves look good or they are just too lazy to share.
