Pros
Flexibility. Variety of work and lots and lots of work.
Cons
No growth as very flat structure. Even extraordinary performance is not considered for promotion and given average ratings. How so much you work, there is no reward at all except single digit % increment at year end (even in Indian markets). Bureaucratic senior management. No use of raising concerns as employees are not heard but seem to be heard for sake of procedures/ job responsibilities of Senior Management..
