They give you an understanding that they have campuses around the world when in reality the only campuses are in India. They have 0 students enrolled in Boston and have had no classes done. A lot of what they want you to do in your job is unethical, they also don’t have any employee support available for the US based people or an understanding how US market or employee rights work here.

Working as an Academic Coordinator at BIA has been a positive experience. The work environment is collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I have enjoyed interacting with students and faculty while contributing to academic operations.
