A lot of what they want you to do in your job is unethical, they also don’t have any employee support available for the US based people or an understanding how US market or employee rights work here.

Working as a Graphic Designer at BIA has been a rewarding experience. The role offers exposure to a variety of creative projects, which keeps the work interesting and helps build a strong portfolio. The team is supportive, feedback is constructive, and there are opportunities to learn new design trends and tools.

Deadlines can be challenging during busy periods, but they help improve time management and multitasking abilities. All is well!
